Choose a subscription length ranging from 1 to 5 years. The more years, the higher the discounts. Plus you get additional discounts based on licenses you add below.

Step 2: Special Designation Discount?
Verification: We require you to sign up using your first responder, educational, or military email for verification. This email validates that you are member of the stated organization. We offer an additional 20% discount to special designation customers: Not-for-Profit / Tax-Exempt, First responders, Educational Institutions, Military, and Students.

Step 3: Additional User Licenses:
You get 1 free user license, with the option to add more so your entire team can collaborate and utilize all Case Management forms, templates, and tools in one centralized platform. A user license can be used for any of the three roles (Account Owner, Admin, Employee).

Step 4: Additional Site Location Licenses:
You get 2 free site loation licenses. Additional site location licenses lets your organization use the Case Mangement Hub for multiple site locations in parallel. Using site locations allows you to organize staff and clients by location. Site managers can be assigned to oversee activities for their sites.

Step 5: Additional Storage Licenses:
The base plan provides 5GB of data storage for client and staff files. Additional storage is per organization and can be added to increase the available space. An email notification is sent when storage has reached 75% used.
