It will add complexity that drills down into the health of family relationships, significant medical details, and anything else that the social worker will feel is helpful in treating the client.

A culturagram social work tool is used by social workers to better understand clients that come from different countries, regions, or cultural backgrounds. A culturagram template is often used to assess immigrant families or refugees to learn the cultural aspects of their lives and situations.
A culturagram example includes 10 cultural parameters that gather a holistic view of an individual or family and their situation to guide the social worker intervention. These include:
- Cultural and religious institutions holidays, food, and clothing
- Health beliefs
- Impact of trauma and crisis events
- Language spoken at home and in the community
- Legal status
- Oppression, discrimination, bias, and racism
- Reason for relocation

This free social worker tasks checklist includes a standard workflow to follow for client engagements. The tasks are categorized by seven phases, beginning with the client interview, and continuing until the client care plan is terminated.
Many practitioners use a task centered approach in social work as it provides structure to a process that is largely fluid, as it changes according to the presenting issue of each client. This template is easy to edit according to your needs. You can also add a due date column to keep track of social work tasks by a specific timeline.
